    4. device 초기화 (/dev에 node 생성 및 f/w 다운로드)
    5. property system 초기화

    7. property service 시작
    8. early-boot, boot action 실행 (parsing 결과로)
    9. property action 실행 (parsing 결과로)
    10. loop (/device/property, set/child)

  • init.rc에서 순차적으로 실행되는 service
